## Operating model
B.A.D is bookings-only. There are two scheduled session windows per day:
- Morning session: 10:00–12:00 ACST.
- Afternoon session: 16:00–18:00 ACST.
Session times can shift depending on group sizes and pre-booked private functions. Group sizes are capped under 20 guests per session (excluding private functions) so every guest gets a real chance to land a barra.

The business runs three streams:
1. On-site land-based fishing at the Berry Springs barra farm.
2. Boat-based fishing charters: harbour half-day, remote full-day, and extended remote multi-day expeditions.
3. Functions, events and venue hire (corporate, kids parties, weddings, private groups).

All catches are catch-and-release only.

### 2-Hour Land-Based Fishing (Berry Springs barra farm)
Guests fish from a shaded, family-friendly deck. Gear, bait and tackle are supplied. No boat or experience needed. Wheelchair accessible.

### Harbour Half-Day Charter & Barra Farm (5 hours)
Tailored harbour tour combined with a Berry Springs barra farm session. Spot crocs, dolphins and turtles, chase elusive harbour barra and capture an iconic Top End sunset.
- Boat hire: $1,450 GST inclusive (whole boat).

### Remote Full-Day Charter
Full day exploring remote NT waterways with expert guides who assess tides, weather and conditions to maximise your shot at a wild trophy barra.
- 1–3 pax: $1,800 GST inclusive
- 4 pax: $2,200 GST inclusive

### Extended Remote Adventure (2–5 days)
Multi-day fully-tailored expedition into pristine remote waterways. Choose camping under the stars or quality hotel accommodation. All transport from Darwin, premium gear, expert guide, all meals and refreshments, fish cleaning and vacuum packing included.
- From $2,600 per day GST inclusive.

### Kids Birthday Party Package
Two hours of fishing plus two fun games (spear throwing, sack race, accurate cast challenge, pin-the-tag-on-the-barra), refreshments and experienced guides.
- $75 + GST per child (5–15yrs). Minimum 5 kids.

### Venue Hire
Exclusive use of the waterfront Berry Springs venue for corporate events, weddings, milestone parties and private functions. Includes fishing equipment, experienced guides, bar access, tables & chairs, BBQ facilities and games options.

## What we provide vs. what to bring
We supply rods, reels, bait, tackle, guidance and instruction. Our spin combos are rigged with minimum 20 lb line and 40 lb leader. Guests are welcome to bring their own gear if it meets that minimum spec. Bring sun-safe clothing, a hat, closed-toe footwear, sunscreen and water.

## Accessibility
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. The fishing deck is step-free, parking is on-site with designated accessibility spaces, and our guides are happy to assist guests of any mobility level land a barra.

## Catch policy
Catch-and-release only. No fish are kept from the on-site barra farm.
